Grass Creek Construction company was founded in 2008 and has been in business for 13 years. Spencer Layton Richins, the qualifying agent and President of the Company, has been in the construction industry since 1992 and has been in an executive role since 1999. During this time, Grass Creek has had many different opportunities on different projects. Grass Creek is currently licensed in Utah, Arizona, and Nevada with applications in process for Hawaii and Colorado.

Since its conception, Grass Creek has been a General Contracting company that prides itself on providing its clients with a management team that completes their projects on time and on budget.

Grass Creek believes that Communication is Key to managing successful projects. Communication internally with each other, externally with our subcontractors and suppliers, and of course with you our amazing clients. It is one thing to preach proper communication, but ensuring that everyone on the team has access to the necessary information to allow them to succeed; thus, bringing us closer to a predictable outcome and a successful project.
